Female travel consultant required for a travel agency with experience on Galelio and Saber.
Responsibilities
1. Selling holiday and travel products to customers;
2. Meeting sales targets as set out by the travel agency manager;
3. Dealing with complicated customer itineraries;
4. Handling customer orders and payments;
5. Liaising with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules;
6. Undertaking general administration;
7. Advising clients about passports, vaccinations, visas, foreign currency, travel insurance, car parking, car hire abroad and excursions in resorts;
8. Dealing with complaints;
9. Using and updating IT skills, since information on holiday packages and bookings is usually accessed via a network;
10. Organizing displays of promotional material.
