Technical Consultant – Telecoms (Smart Cards + Solutions)
(Based in Jakarta, Indonesia)
Responsibilities:
* To provide ongoing technical support to distribution channels and contribute towards preparation of sales presentations, tender responses and proposals
* Proactively act to understand customer technical needs and identify potential card solutions in relation with Morpho card product roadmap
* Define the Functional Requirements Specification (FRS) for any card/ customer projects with the agreement and support of the Project leader if any.
* Manages the full delivery of (U)SIM card project. In that case the TC owns the specifications, the project coordination and Trial card validation.
* Represent internally the customer to make sure that any delivery and communications are coherent with customer prime expectations.
* Ensure feedback to the corporate product marketing teams on technical features required by the customer to help at the definition of the Morpho product roadmap, in full coordination with the sales and marketing team
* Handles Input/Output Data for Trial and Production cards
* Provide ad-hoc expert support and/or training to other technical consultants
Requirements:
* Engineering Degree in Electronic or in Telecommunication. An additional Degree in Business or Commercial Engineering would be preferred
* Excellent interpersonal skills with effective (oral & written) communication skills in English
* Able to work independently and under pressure with a positive mindset
* Good team work, networking and customer oriented
* Strong project management skill
* Minimum 3 years working experience in smart card environment or 5 years in telecommunication with strong technical background in Telecommunication, Smart Card, Banking, Security and Others
