We are seeking to hire services of a Gulf Sales Manager Consumer Care Division (m/f). Our client is a leading chemical and pharmaceutical company with a strong international presence all over the world. You will be covering 5 countries ensuring the continuous development; while securing the market position in these areas. Being responsible for the Consumer Care Division; our client is looking to take on a Gulf Sales Manager (m/f) based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
1. Define and achieve specific sales, profit and market share objectives; ensuring the achievement of the business unit budget
2. Managing a sales team; in providing leadership, training, appraisal, motivation and development which will enable them to achieve their sales targets
3. Secure and expand the market position in the respective assigned market by implementing marketing excellence and establishing/maintaining profitable customer relationships
4. Develop a marketing strategy by providing relevant and up to date market intelligence
5. Optimize the business line profitability and monitor business effectiveness in the assigned territory and taking corrective action where necessary
6. Supporting sales personnel in reaching their sales targets
7. Improve and update personal skill levels through acquisition of additional knowledge and information; dealing with direct and indirect reports
